Records Production Service will provide customers with a comprehensive managed service that includes capabilities necessary for the processing and handling of legal requests from a variety of government agencies, including law enforcement and civil authorities. Records Production Service provides complete handling of Records Production, including receipt, review, processing, delivering and managing all forms of Requests received from Requestors.
Records Production Service is provided by leveraging Yaana’s Request Management System (RMS), which is a secure web-based system that provides customizable, role-based workflow processes for the purpose of processing and handling of lawful Requests. RMS offers highly auditable, end-to-end process security and electronic storage that replace the existing very tedious and expensive paper-based processes.
External data requests for subscribers’ data can be pursuant to various legal processes that are unique to each issuing jurisdiction. Yaana will provide capabilities to review and audit all legal requests received and being processed on the customer’s behalf by Yaana’s compliance staff.
